Madison holds an MFA in Pastoral Theology from the Augustine Institute and a BFA in Performance and Production from Texas State University, whose Theater Program is ranked #25 globally by The Hollywood Reporter.

Madison currently resides in St. Louis, MO, with her husband, Kyle Van Frank, whom she first met when they were both young interns at a LORT theatre company fresh out of college. The two just celebrated their first anniversary!
Madison McAllister Van Frank is a theatre artist, producer, and talent coordinator with over a decade of experience working for arts, educational, and religious organizations across the country. She's worked in casting, new play development, fundraising, event planning, youth ministry, as a teaching artist, and as a director.
Over the past few years, she's shifted her career from the world of live theatre to the world of audio and video production. She currently works as a Producer and Talent Coordinator at Augustine Institute Studios, the creative filmmaking studios of the Augustine Institute.
Her recent projects include casting and producing the first two seasons of the children's educational show Drawing Closer to God and casting for the Augustine Institute's Curriculum Word of Life Grade 7 enhancement videos.
She is also part of the creative team behind the original audio drama podcast series, Welcome to Hope Springs. She is an Associate Producer on the production and is responsible for casting the first 3 seasons of the show. The show launched in January 2026, and there will be many more seasons to come!
